📅 Schedule: 14/7 Roting Day & Night Shifts

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nion's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operor to join our team our Bourg, Louisiana facility.

🔧 The Job:

• Opere, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)

• Safely offload and process produced wer from transport trucks

• Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

• Accurely log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite all times

• Follow all environmental and safety protocols

• Communice effectively with coworkers and drivers

✅ Requirements:

• Previous SWD (Salt Wer Disposal) Operor experience a PLUS!

• Willingness to work 14/7 Roting Shifts (Day and Nights)

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weher conditions

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Strong teamwork and communicion skills

• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
